Series
The series will focus on seven key individuals, who were key to the team’s success. Coaches include CLIVE BARKED and JOMO SONB as well as players LUCAS RADEBE , BNNI MCCARTHY, DOC KHUALO, NEIL TOVEY MARK FISH.
We will use extensive interviews with high profile soccer coaches and stars both locally and internationally.
A huge focus of the series will be AFCON1996, getting to the final of AFCON1998, with Jomo Sono as coach and qualifying for the Football World Cup. Extensive archival footage and radio and TV commentary from the time will be used as this captures the emotion and passion from that era.
